This is the single biggest cost driver. A small shopfront sign at 8ft x 2ft will cost significantly less than a large 30ft x 5ft fascia signboard. Always confirm the exact dimensions you need before requesting a quote.
2. Material choice
For 3D illuminated signboards, stainless steel housing costs more than aluminium but offers a more premium finish. For lightboxes, an aluminium crystal lightbox with 3D acrylic wording will cost more than a standard polycarbonate lightbox.
3. Logo complexity
Simple text-only signboards are faster and cheaper to fabricate. If your logo includes intricate shapes, curves, or multiple colours, production time increases and so does the cost.
4. Installation height
Ground-level installations are included in the base price. If your signboard needs to be installed at height, for example above a second floor or on a building facade, a skylift is required and will be quoted separately based on your site conditions.
