We begin by thoroughly reviewing the artwork file to ensure it meets all quality standards, checking for blurriness, pixelate, or other issues. To ensure precision, we request high-resolution files in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF file. If
any problems arise, such as incorrect dimensions or low-quality images, we will reach out to discuss revisions and confirm the final design before moving forward.
Send the File to Production
After the artwork is approved, we categorize the project based on the design specifications and send the file to the relevant department. This step involves determining material requirements, lighting elements, and structural needs for the front-lit signboard.
Proceed with Production
Our skilled workers begin the production process, which involves cutting the materials such as acrylic, metal, or other chosen materials based on the artwork file. The letters or shapes are precision-cut using CNC machines or laser cutters to ensure smooth edges and exact replication of the design.
Assemble the Signboard
Once the components are cut, the signboard is carefully assembled.
Quality Check
After the signboard is fully assembled, a comprehensive quality check is conducted. We inspect for any damages, misalignments. Each component is tested to ensure the lights are functioning properly and the signboard meets the highest standards. If any flaws are found, they are addressed immediately to ensure a flawless final product.
Packaging and Protection
Once the signboard passes the quality check, it is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transportation. Protective materials such as foam or bubble wrap are used to safeguard the signboard.
Delivery and Installation
We will contact you to schedule either delivery or installation, depending on your preference. Our team ensures timely delivery, and if installation is required, we send experienced technicians to install the signboard at your preferred location.
